Standard Maid Services include;
· Sweeping and Mopping of all hard floor areas,
· Vacuuming of all carpeted areas,
· Dusting of all flat surfaces
· Cleaning of all bathroom, including showers, tubs, sinks, & toilets
· Interior windows (when reachable) free of fingerprints and smudges,
· Baseboards and window sills will be dusted,
· All countertops cleaned,
· All major appliances (Fridge, oven, etc.) will be cleaned inside and out,
All trash taken out and new liners replaced, including bathrooms,
General straightening of home
Any other services, such as laundry or maintenance, can be discussed and negotiated.
